Goal for the Day

Keep training. Work on this laissez-fair attitude that I've developed, probably as a result of the on-going training.

Meaningful Moment

Doing six city miles with Linda as we traversed three waterfalls. Altho' it didn't work for her, I needed to stretch my "mental muscles" in a more urban environment.

Random Thought of the Day

Linda leaves in less that 7 days. I am envious of her getting started, but know that I will soon be there also - by her side (or more likely, LOL, behind her on the trail).

Liz, Linda and I doing a 5 mile hike along the Genesee River on a beautiful Saturday morning. Two out of the three of us are fully-packed out for the Camino de Santiago. Ha ha.
